Simon Greaves
Simon has some 40 years experience in residential property, joining Colebrook Sturrock in 1992 becoming Managing Director in 2003. A Sandwich resident since childhood he is passionate about the town and its infinite variety and character of its housing.
Sarah Parker-Yates
SENIOR BRANCH MANAGER Sarah has worked in the industry for over 30 years. Born locally, Sarah has extensive knowledge of the market and prides herself on offering honest advice which has resulted in recommendations, repeat business and new friends! Sarah has completed the London Moonwalk four times and raised over £6,000 for breast cancer charity.
Philip King
SALES MANAGER Philip has been valuing houses for over 40 years. Philip says, “I like preparing the properties for marketing and seeing the lovely brochures we produce come together to make the client’s house look fantastic.” Philip spends his spare weekends doing up his house. He also plays tennis, table tennis, badminton and snooker.
Claire Mechen
LETTINGS MANAGER Following her recent promotion to Lettings Manager she is looking forward to expanding the lettings portfolio in both Sandwich and Hawkinge offices. Claire is busy with three children but also enjoys running and recently completing her first half marathon!
Lynne Trapella
SALES SUPPORT Lynne has been working in Estate Agency for 16 years, “I enjoy the process of meeting our clients and helping them through these quite stressful times”. Outside of work she can usually be found in her garden, seeing friends and family or taking a walk along the bay where she lives.
Michelle Cliffe
PROPERTY MANAGER Michelle has been working in the Lettings Industry since 2017. Having gained considerable experience in all areas of lettings Michelle joined Colebrook Sturrock In November 2023 as Property Manager. She has a varied role, ensuring our properties are well looked after for our Landlords and responding promptly to our Tenants. In her spare time she enjoys travelling, attending gigs, and eating and drinking all things Italian as well as spending time with family and friends.
Dawn Haydon
BOOKKEEPER Dawn has recently returned to Colebrook Sturrock as an opportunity arose for a bookkeeper, having worked for the company previously she says ‘it is a joy to be back’. When not at work she enjoys being with family and friends, keeping fit and likes boating on the Stour with her husband and Bosun their little Yorkipoo.
Lindsey Townsend
LETTINGS CONSULTANT Lindsey is our newest and youngest member of the Lettings Team having joined in September 2022. She is experienced in many aspects of lettings and is a very welcome addition to the team. Her positive friendly attitude has already impressed tenants and landlords and she is fast building good relationships with both. Lindsey is a keen paddleboarder and can be found out on the water locally most weekends.
